Cinnamon Apple Crisp Baking Mix Directions: Peel, core & slice 10 cups of apples (3 lbs.) (Opt. sprinkle with 2 tsp of lemon juice). Mix contents of small bag with the sliced apples. Place apple mixture in 8-1/2 x 12-1/2 glass or earthenware pan. Place crisp mix (large bag) into food processor with 1/2 tablespoon of butter (1-1/2 sticks). Using short pulses or hand rub cut butter into mix. Cover apples evenly with crisp mixture and pat gently. Bake at 350 F for 45 minutes. *Variation: Add 1/2 cup of chopped pecans or walnuts to the crisp mix. *Please note some items required to complete the baking mix are not included in the packaging.
