Luscious Berry Cobbler This wonderfully easy cobbler can be made with your favorite berries or fruit..Blueberry, Blackberry, Raspberry, Mixed Berries or Blueberry/Peach combo. 3-4 cups fresh or 12 to 16 oz frozen berries will do. While over is preheating to 350 degrees, melt 6 tablespoons in the bottom of a square baking pan (9x9). In seperate bowl combine 1/2 cup water with the cobbler mix. Spoon mixture over pan. DO NOT MIX. Combine fruit (if frozen, thaw or partially thaw) and juice with the small sugar packet provided. Spoon sugared fruit over batter i teh pan. DO NOT MIX. Bake at 350 Degrees for 45 to 55 minutes. Serve Lucsious Berry Cobbler warm with ice cream all year 'round!
