A rich brownie-like cookie
Combine 1/4 cup vegetable oil and 2 eggs with large dark mix package. Mix well. Chill for at least 15 minutes or longer (or save in a plastic bag in refrigerator for up to two weeks). Place powdered sugar package into a small bowl. Roll small amounts of dough and roll in powder sugar. If dough is sticky, chill longer or place a small amount of powdered sugar in the palm of your hand to roll the dough. Place on a greased cookie sheet (makes 24-30 cookies). Bake at 350 degrees F for 9 to 11 minutes.
I made this cake yesterday and was very impressed by the whole package. The cool bag it came in, the packaging of the contents, and the tasty product itself. The mixes were easy to open and pour. The instructions were precise, to the point, and easy to follow. After letting the cake and frosting cool, my whole family was impressed by its taste and texture.
