Recipe for Luscious Peach Cobbler This wonderfully easy cobbler can be made with your favorite peaches, berries or a combination of the two. 3-4 cups of fresh fruit of 12-16 oz of frozen peaches or berries will do. While the oven is preheating to 350 degrees, melt 5 tablespoons of butter in the bottom of a square baking dish. (9 x 9 glass is the best). In separate bowl combine 1/2 cup water with cobbler mix. Spoon mixture over melted butter using small dollops to cover entire bottom of pan. DO NOT MIX. Combine fruit (if frozen, thaw or partially thaw) and juice with the small sugar packet. Spoon sugared fruit over batter in the pan. DO NOT MIX. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes. Serve Lucious Peach Cobbler warm with ice cream all year 'round!
