Recipe for Spicy Pumpkin Cake Place contents into bowl, add 2 beaten eggs, 3/4 c oil and 2/3 c water. Blend well. Pour batter into 9" x 9" greased pan. Sprinkle with granulated sugar before baking or sprinkle with powdered sugar after baking. Bake at 350º for 25-30 minutes. If you use an 8" x 8" pan, bake longer. Serve with a dollop of whipped cream. Delicious!
