What You'll Need:- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup oil
- 2/3 cup water
- Granulated or powdered sugar
- Optional: whipped cream
Directions:
1. Place dry baking mix in bowl, add 2 beaten eggs, 3/4 cup oil and 2/3 cup water. Blend well.
2. Pour batter into 9"x 9" greased pan. Sprinkle with granulated sugar before baking OR sprinkle with powdered sugar after baking.
3. Bake at 350 degress for 25-30 minutes. Serve with whipped cream.
My grandma sent this to me in a care package probably a year or so ago, I made it today and it was amazing, moist, rose up nicely and was quite tasty just plain, highly recommend.
