With Coy’s Country Store Signature Scone Mix, made in America, you can whip up traditional hearty scones for a snack in 10 minutes. Stuff with butter and any flavor of Maury Island Jam (also from Seattle Gourmet Foods) for a satisfying treat.

Signature Scone Baking Mix. Mix contents of package with 1/2 cup water. On a floured board, pat out into a 7 inch round that is slightly thicker in the center. Cut into 6 wedges. Place on a cookie sheet an inch or so apart. Bake at 375º. Ready to enjoy in 15-17 minutes.
I purchased this scone mix through a fund raiser. I loved it so much that I am now re-ordering directly from Coy's. My family loves scones but I have never been able to use a traditional recipe and make it right. You will not be disappointed.
