Signature Scone Mix

Scones were originally an Englishman’s treat but adopted by Americans as a simple snack stuffed with butter and jam. With Coy’s Country Store Signature Scone Mix, made in America, you can whip up traditional hearty scones for a snack in 10 minutes. Stuff with butter and any flavor of Maury Island Jam (also from Seattle Gourmet Foods) for a satisfying treat. *Please note some items required to complete the baking mix are not included in the packaging. Please refer to the recipe included in the packaging for additional ingredients that may be required.

Signature Scone Baking Mix Mix contents of package with 1/2 cup water. On a floured board, pat out into a 7 inch round that is slightly thicker in the center. Cut into 6 wedges. Place on a cookie sheet an inch or so apart. Bake at 375º. Ready to enjoy in 15-17 minutes.
