To everyone who believes that traditional, old-world style baking is something of a lost art, we proudly offer our crispy biscotti cookies. The base recipe has been handed down from generation to generation in the Coffaro family, and remains unchanged since it was first used at the original Coffaro Brothers’ Bakery in Somerset, New Jersey in the early 1900’s.

It has been our mission to offer only the finest baked goods using all-natural, pure ingredients. And, if we can judge by the rave reviews of our loyal customers, we’re definitely on the right track. We think you will agree once you have tried them for yourself.

After extensive testing, we’ve created a new line of biscotti, lower in sugar, sodium, and saturated fats and made with pure olive oil. Our new biscotti in seven nutritious varieties are healthier, but still retain all the wonderful authentic Italian biscotti flavor and texture. We are also proud to offer three types of gluten free biscotti for our customers who are sensitive to wheat.
