Individually wrapped Easter theme cookies from Merlino baking in Seattle make great fillers for Easter baskets. These cookies are shaped like carrots, frosted with a thick coat of icing and hand decorated to look like carrots. Peter Cottontail would be jealous.

My wife and I received these as a gift last year and searched all over for them. They are addictively delicious. This year we received them again and finally found where we could order them, here. Just got two dozen more and trying a different kind from Merlino also. If yu like sugar cookies/shortbread cookies frosted you can;t go wrong with these.
