Four types of salsas are available from classic or hot styles to our fusion styles that meld luscious fruits with traditional salsa ingredients. We also have four pepper jellies that are a jazzy addition to sauces and your favorite cracker and cream cheese combo. Pepper jellies include jalapeno, peach habanero, raspberry, and marionberry.
Betty Quinn Moeur moved to Central Washington from Arizona in 1968. When her family moved to the Pacific Northwest, they missed southwest style cuisine. To satisfy their appetites for spicy salsas and sauces, Betty prepared her special homemade salsas and sauces using the finest, freshest local produce. Soon her fame as a Southwestern specialty chef spread throughout the area. In 1987, encouraged by family and friends, Betty and her sister, Susie Quinn Cochran formed Quinn's, Inc.
