This perky Raspberry Pepper Jelly is the perfect accompaniment for any cheese - use it to glaze a wheel of brie cheese. Serve it on toast, biscuits or bages to wake up your morning. Mix with any zesty mustard and use as a dip or glaze for shrimp or chicken. Mix with sour cream or mayo as a dressing for fruit, salad or cole slaw.
Betty Quinn Moeur moved to Central Washington from Arizona in 1968. When her family moved to the Pacific Northwest, they missed southwest style cuisine. To satisfy their appetites for spicy salsas and sauces, Betty prepared her special homemade salsas and sauces using the finest, freshest local produce. Soon her fame as a Southwestern specialty chef spread throughout the area. In 1987, encouraged by family and friends, Betty and her sister, Susie Quinn Cochran formed Quinn's, Inc.
Quinn's offers vibrant and sassy salsas and pepper jellies that are a gourmet delight. Six types of salsas are available from classic or hot styles to our fusion styles that meld fruits such as peach and apple cranberry with traditional salsa ingredients. We also have five pepper jellies that are a jazzy addition to sauces and your favorite cracker and cream cheese combo. Pepper jellies include jalapeno, peach habanero, raspberry, cilantro lime and marionberry.
