We ship all orders via FedEx or USPS. Rates will depend upon shipment weight, destination(s), and time of year. Orders being sent to multiple addresses pay shipping on a per recipient basis (see below for more information). All orders originate from Kent, WA.

We ship every business day Monday through Friday. Items will ship within 1 business day from receipt of payment. Once your package ships, we will send you a Delivery Confirmation email with your package tracking number. In the unlikely event your item does not ship within 1 day of completed payment we will communicate with you the status. You will be provided the option of a 100% refund of your purchase or the date your item will ship.
Warm Weather Shipping Policy
*Effective May - September for all perishable products
- Fedex 2-Day or Summer Shipping must be selected for perishable shipments to ensure items arrive without melting.
- Orders are shipped with special packaging to keep the product(s) cool during shipping.
- Please be available to receive package upon shipment. Packages left outside in warm areas are likely to suffer heat damage.
- Orders ship Monday through Wednesday.
- This shipping policy applies to Merlino Baking Cookies, Biringer’s Farm Fresh Tea Cookies & all Dilettante chocolate products.
Many of our products are perishable in temperatures above 80°F and need special care when shipped in warm weather. Our heat-protective packaging (including ice packs) lasts for only 48 hours, so we must restrict the total delivery time. Orders placed after 11am Pacific Time Wednesday through Sunday will be held for processing until the following Monday. Please note that orders are not processed on Weekends or Holidays as our transportation partners are closed on those days. When your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with the shipping method and tracking number. Please use this information to estimate the delivery date.
Refunds & Returns
