Shipping offered within the United States via Fed Ex Express and Fed Ex Ground. Please check the item details for specific information regarding shipping delivery methods, and exact shipping amount. At this time we are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
Delivery
We ship every business day Monday through Friday. Items will ship within 2 business days from receipt of payment. We will send you an email when we ship your purchase with the delivery confirmation number and a link to the FedEx website where you can track your shipment. In the unlikely event your item does not ship within 2 days of completed payment we will communicate with you the status. You will be provided the option of a 100% refund of your purchase or the date your item will ship.

We have done our best to accurately and faithfully describe this item and will stand behind it. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please inspect your item carefully when you receive it. We offer a no hassle Guarantee. You can return your item for any reason within 14 days of receipt and upon return of the item we will promptly refund 100% of the purchase price.
Warm Weather Shipping Policy
Warm weather shipping rates are in effect May through September for all perishable chocolate and non-chocolate perishable products; and may be extended beyond these months depending on location.
If temperatures in your area exceed 75°F, expedited shipping must be chosen as your shipping option to ensure your product arrives without melting.
It is very important to us that you receive all of your products at the peak of their perfection. Many of our products are perishable in temperatures above 75°F. To avoid spoilage due to high temperatures, we chill each package that may encounter extreme temperatures. This protective treatment lasts for only 48 hours under normal conditions. Therefore, in order for you to receive your products in their best condition, we must restrict the total delivery time to no more than 48 hours for many of our products.
All shipments originate from Kent, Washington. Please note that orders are not processed on Weekends or Holidays as our transportation partners are closed on those days. Orders subject to Heat Restriction only ship Monday through Wednesday for arrival on Wednesday through Friday respectively. Orders placed after this time will be held for processing until the following Monday. When your order ships, you will receive an email with the transportation method and tracking number. Please use this information to estimate the delivery date.
Packages sitting outside in the heat could damage the perishable chocolate. We strongly encourage all customers who are not home to receive shipments to have their shipments delivered to a business address.
