We produce a variety of fine chocolates to fit any occasion under our signature Frederick and Nelson and Victoria Gourmet Chocolates brands. We have preserved our rich tradition of candy making in Seattle which dates back to 1921. Our chocolates are handcrafted in our candy kitchen using only the finest gourmet chocolate and premium flavorings and ingredients.
We are known world-wide for our meltaway truffles in several flavors. Our chocolate truffles are smooth and creamy and each is individually wrapped and placed in attractive gift boxes. Flavors include: Mint Chocolate, Raspberry Chocolate, Chocolate Toffee Crunch, Double Chocolate and Coffee Chocolate.

We have a state-of-the art panning facility to create our high quality chocolate coated fruits, nuts and espresso beans. We sell these delectable treats in gold embossed boxes or in bulk.

Our chocolate repertoire includes chocolate coated fruits, nuts and espresso beans, chocolate covered spoons in various flavors and chocolate bars. Our unique chocolate novelty items include roses, chocolate valentines filled with chocolate hearts inside, chocolate holiday ornaments, chocolate Easter eggs with surprise jelly beans inside, carrots, chocolate golf balls in three-ball sleeves, chocolate CDs and molded fruit- pears, oranges, apples, plums and strawberries.

Seattle Gourmet Foods also offers private label and contract manufacturing for many of our chocolate product lines.

Our gourmet chocolates have a 12-month shelf life.
