Clover honey is one of the most popular honey varietals from Anna’s Honey. The nectar of clover flowers makes this honey taste lighter and sweeter than other varietals. This jar is perfect for anyone looking to enjoy a traditional honey flavor.

Similar to fine wine, clover honey retains a distinct color, aroma, and flavor profile. Anna’s clover honey is never over-filtered or over-heated to maintain its natural nutrients and flavor.

The long shelf life of this honey makes it a perfect pantry or kitchen staple. Enjoy a sweet touch to baking recipes, cereals, and tea. Honey is a naturally-occurring sugar replacement and provides plenty of nutrients to stay healthy.

Reminiscent of a simpler time, this honey comes in a classic wide-mouthed Mason jar filled with gourmet honey. This jar makes for a beautiful display or a sweet gift for anyone in need of a luscious honey flavor.

Suggested Storage:

Product shelf life is reliant on storage conditions and is highly variable. Anna's honey products should be stored under cool, dry environments and in a humidity-controlled location. Industry standards for honey products, when stored in optimal conditions, is 18 months from the date of packaging.

What is crystallization? Crystallization is when honey takes on a semi-solid crystallized state due to high sugar content. This is completely natural and does not affect the quality of the honey. Crystallization is not an indicator of shelf life. The rate at which honey will crystallize is based on several factors including floral notes, moister content and storage conditions. To bring honey back to a liquid state, gently warm in water until the honey returns to it’s liquid state. Properly stored honey will remain in a liquid state for 90 days.

Washington State's premiere honey company, Anna's Honey produces five varieties of gourmet raw honey featuring flavors derived from Pacific Northwest floral plants.

The original company, Anna's Gourmet, founded by Arlene Page in 1980, was named after Arlene's great grandmother who settled in the Kittitas Valley region of Washington State during the 1880's. Anna's Honey products contain no artificial preservatives or additives. We use only farm fresh, hive-ripened, 100% pure US Grade A raw honey.

At Anna's Honey, pure honey is filtered at 200 microns which lets the natural pollens come through to give you a rich, smooth texture. With over 30 years of experience, Anna's Honey believes that leaving the bee parts and wax remnants in the honey is detrimental to the purity of the product. The wax capping serves as a protective barrier from impurities getting into the honey while in the hive. So, during production the wax capping is removed and melted down for beeswax.

Anna's honey is carefully tested for purity and retains low moisture for a thicker consistency. Anna's Honey uses this process to give you a richer, creamier, and satisfying natural honey.

Honey and clover, over and over

St. Petersburg, FL
As a kid I watched the honey bees endlessly pollinate the clover fields of our farm. I can't relate the thrill we all got every time Dad brought in a golden amber jar filled with clover honey. We couldn't get enough of that fresh honey straight from the bee's hive. The same fresh and pure taste from Anna's clover honey takes me back there over and over.
