Betty Quinn Moeur moved to Central Washington from Arizona in 1968. When her family moved to the Pacific Northwest, they missed southwest style cuisine. To satisfy their appetites for spicy salsas and sauces, Betty prepared her special homemade salsas and sauces using the finest, freshest local produce. Soon her fame as a Southwestern specialty chef spread throughout the area. In 1987, encouraged by family and friends, Betty and her sister, Susie Quinn Cochran formed Quinn's, Inc.

Quinn's offers vibrant and sassy salsas and pepper jellies that are a gourmet delight. Four types of salsas are available from classic or hot flavors to our fusion style that melds sweet peach fruit with traditional salsa ingredients. We also have five pepper jellies that are a jazzy addition to sauces and your favorite cracker and cream cheese combo. Pepper jellies include jalapeno, peach habanero, raspberry, cilantro lime and marionberry.

By far the best pepper jelly I've ever found.

I came to know Quinn's when it was a local brand for me. Now I live a couple thousand miles east. Thank the pepper gods for the internet and for Seattle Gourmet Foods. I'd be disoriented if I didn't have my toasted muffin with pepper jelly in the morning.

    So much more than jelly

I love this jelly on cream cheese with crackers. It is delicious and easy. It is also wonderful with pork. I put a tablespoon or two on top of the pork chop before baking. It is so good!

I was nurvous at first to try because I thought it might be really hot. Wrong. It's got a little kick but is sweet. I fell in love with the first bite. I really enjoy it with cream cheese on triscuits.
