Dilettante Mocha Café is seeking an experienced baker to join our pastry and baking department. This person must have professional BAKING experience in a commercial kitchen(NO HOME BAKERS PLEASE). We are looking for someone who has proficient experience in pastry, baking and / or previous high-volume scratch production.
You must be a positive team player, extremely organized, self-sufficient, and have an eagle-eye for details with the ability to perform all duties in a kitchen setting using standard commercial kitchen equipment and supplies. Must also work precisely, very cleanly, and be able to problem solve based on production demands.
Pastry school experience is a plus, but comparable professional pastry experience with a minimum of 2 years' experience will be considered.
Shift: Mornings and weekends Saturday, Sunday availability required
