This person must have professional experience in a commercial kitchen. We are looking for someone experienced with European-style cakes, cake decorating, and high-volume scratch production.
You must be a positive team player, extremely organized, self-sufficient, and have an eagle-eye for details. Must be able to perform all duties in a kitchen setting using standard commercial kitchen equipment and supplies. Must also work precisely, very cleanly, and be able to flexibly problem solve based on production demands.
Culinary school experience is a plus, but comparable professional pastry experience will be considered. One year relevant experience preferred.
